Araucania Yarns was founded in 2002 by Michelle Boisier, an architect who has been inspired by her mother, who has always been very keen on wools and the art of dyeing. After seeing her mother's passion for the wool, she decided to professionalize and impregnatethe company with her taste for colors and the finesse of the materials.

Araucania Yarns gatherst the best raw materials from around the world in order to obtain exclusive fibers which colors are inspired by the sights and the nature of Chile.

The dyeing of the wools is the main focus of Araucan Yarns,

which is based on ancient techniques of the native mapuches, producing more than 40 products full of quality, history and originality, always with harmony with the environment.
